This is the Crest of the Omnia Kingdom from 's fanfic 'Unwanted'. He helped make the description

Omnia ('All in One') is the only Kingdom in the Southern Realm of the World of Eldridge. In fact, it is quite young, formed by a group of mercenaries: Genocyder, Schala, Ryuuko Matoi, and Krocken.

The four were originally benevolent people (Genocyder was from a noble house, Schala and Ryuuko were princesses, and Krocken was a farmer), but a series of tragic events struck, driving them all into madness, and they all becomes violent criminals. After committing many crimes, all four were eventually caught and imprisoned. However, intervention from demons saw that they were released and sent into the south as a team of mercs who who explore dungeon for the demons. In return, the demons gave them land in the south to rule.

The Southern Continent has not been fully explored before due to a massive sea that seperets it from the Northern Continent. The sea is storm-riddled and populated by savage beasts. This is why all major Kingdoms and civilization are in the Northern Realm. Beyond the equator, however, lies great jungles, canyons, swamps, coral reefs, and many dungeons, all full of dangerous creatures. However, there are numerous sanctuaries as well, and one is the location of Omnia: A plateau with numerous resources about, safe from the wild creatures.

The subjects of the Kingdom consists of exiled people form the North, prisoners of the dungeons, and 'gifts' from the demons. The mercs (known as the Four Lords by their subjects) have complete control over Omnia, yet (despite their dark and violent nature) actually have concern for the people under their rule, and are aided by their personal entourage. In return, they citizens follow the Lords loyally.

The core military force of Omnia is the crocodile race of Kremlings. Recruited during one of the mercs journeys, they are deeply loyal to the Lords. The Kremlings themselves are commanded by Captains, elite warriors directly under the Lords. Zingers also make up the aerial assault of the army.

Numerous talents of the citizens allows Omnia to rapidly become a world power, with growing technology, domesticated beasts of the South, and many resources to use.

Omnia's have a unique viewpoint among others. To their fellow kin, they can act tough, but do look out and care for each other and work together. To their enemies, however, they can be unbelievably cruel and sadistic. Any spies or soldiers caught are often brutally tortured and/or experimented on before allowed to be executed in rather...creative ways.

The crest, designed by a artistic citizen, is the symbol of the mighty Kingdom, wore by all soldiers and elites. The Dragon represents the pure power of Omnia, and the four insignia's surrounding it represent each of the Four Lords: The feather is Genocyder, the tome is Schala, the scissors blade is Ryuuko, and the yin-yang is Krocken.

The Four Lords, once just criminals who lost everything and were doomed to die, were given a chance. Taking it, they crawled back up, higher than ever, into leadership of a major world power.
