Phoenix

Bio: Phoenix was a young woman living in a small town, initially unaware of the existence of other worlds. She enjoyed the company of wildlife and was an accomplished breeder and gardener. Her life took a turn, however, while out gathering plants one day. She came across a purple raptor dressed in black, covered in wounds. Never one to turn down a hurt individual, she brought him home and fixed him up. He eventually woke, and gave his name as 'Krocken' before trying to leave (acting somewhat rude in the process). However, Phoenix, sightly miffed as his rudeness, simply pointed out his wounds we not fully healed yet, and told him to stay put. He tried to refuse, but his injures said otherwise. Phoenix, with a sigh, simply knocked him out with a log to help him rest.

He later (somewhat) apologized, and revealed he received his wounds fighting a dangerous criminal on the world, known simply as 'The Bug'. He killed The Bug, but was badly wounded in the process, and would have died if not for Phoenix. But then he revealed he may have wished to pass on anyways: he had been living for hundreds of thousands of years, stuck at the age of 21, without any sign of passing on. Phenix scolded him, however, saying that why she understands why he is so weary, he should not just reject the gift of life while he still has it. Krocken was silent at this.

After he showed her his ship and took it back for safekeeping, Krocken decided to stick around for a while to get accoustomed to the simple lifestyle.The two soon began to enjoy each others company as the month's past. Without realzing it, the two found themsevles falling in love with each other, and confessed it under the stars one night, and Pheonix vowed to help Krocken become mortal.

But it was not to be.

A year and half passed since the two met, and Krocken left for town to get an engagment ring, saying he had an errand to run. As Phoenix wokred a bit around home, the house was broken into by a horrific creature naming himself 'Kraata-Kal', a Dark Hunter.

Krocken himself was once part of the Dark Hunter organization, needing a palce to fit in, but evetually left when he could no longer bear the weight of crimes he commited. Angered, the Shadowed One sword to make him pay, and, upon tracking him down, decided to make him suffer.

Before Phoenix could react, Kraata-Kal was upon her, and, with swings of his claws, coldly murdered her, leaving a message written in her blood for Krocken tot ind, before departing.

Krocken returned to find the tragic sight, and seeing what happened, felt his heart shatter into pieces and his hatred or the Shadowed One grow even more. After given Phoenix a funeral pyre and leaving, sticker with grief, he heart freezes over again, become the bitter, loveless individual he appears to most people.

But then he meets Schala, and after some awkward starts, soon began to fall in love with her as well. However, he was still consumed with guilt over Phoenix's death, and wasn't sure about the situation. However, her ghost papered to him one night, and encouraged him to move on instead of clinging onto the past. Taking her words to heart, Krocken would later confess to Schala (she having developed similar feelings was well) and later ended the Dark Hunters forever.

Personality: Pheonix was kind-hearted individual with alive of life and was not hampered by prejudice or racism. She could be a bit stubborn at times, though, and was insistent in giving proper health care to wounded individuals, even if they tried to refuse. Still, she could understand the wishes and feelings of others, and tired not to be too pushy at times.
