Still thinking of this as my secondary story alongside PQ, and if you have any more to suggest...

But this is for regions of the world, be it kingdoms, settlements, or wilderness

Ideas?

Kingdoms
Zeal Kingdom: A prosperous kingdom which is filled with magic users. Ruled by the benevolent (if somewhat overbearing) Queen Zeal, it is beautiful and a major gathering place for people all over the world for it's trade goods and information regarding the lands. It cane seen, therefor, as a hotspot for potential adventurers and travelers.

Shirumia Desert: It was once a lost kingdom, but one of the former dead emperors, Azir, had risen from the grave and now has begun the rebuilding of his empire. Currently the Desert itself is neutral as it contains a few villages and a palace for the ascended Emperor and his sand soldiers. From time to time it also has sand storms to ward off looters.

Tirisfal Glades: A melancholy woodlands that always seem to be enshrouded in perpetual darkness, prowled by ghosts and dangerous creatures. The Forsaken make their home in the ruins of an old castle known as Undercity, where Windrunner rules. Very few dare to venture here, so the area, with the exception of the Forsaken, is almost always was devoid of sentient life.

Hyrule: A prosperous kindgom ruled by a wise king, Hyrule is a proud place, and a kingdom where swordsmanship and archery are trained as the main forms of combat. On the lighter side of things, games and vendors line the town streets.

Castle of Illusion: The lair of Ganondorf and his minions. Once owned by a now-deceased witch, the layout of the castle is quite bizarre: It has several realms inside (forest, clock tower, sunken ruins, a toy land, and a library) that bely the size of the castle.

Abyss of Darkness: Once a large prison for the offenders of a heartless king, located int he fiery wastes, the abandoned area has been taken over by Malefor. Both surrounded by and radiating darkness, the Abyss is a dreadful place for anyone.

The Wind Valley: A kingdom located above the clouds on one of the highest mountains. Rich in nutrients and fettle, agriculture is a staple here. The inhabitants use grant insects as steeds to carry them around the world. However, ice storms have recently begin affecting the area.

Ylisse: A Kingdom that is ruled by the current Exalt, Chrom. It is a peaceful one as the only wars they got involved with is the one the opposing kingdom declared first. Their main source of military is the "Shepards", a group of various soldiers who are the best at what they do to protect the peace. However, the brigands are just as merciless, but they're opposed by the kingdom itself.

Locations
The Mammoth Steppe: A cold and desolate environment to all who enter it, but to the people and creatures who roam the frozen plains, it is home. Despite the cold temperatures, snow is a rare occurrence on the steppe. A constant wind keeps the snow off of the ground, providing a vast and rich grassland; a perfect environment for a variety of large herbivores and predators.

Soul Woods: There are legends about the woods inside. Some stories remark there were some rituals or cults inside to invoke forces still unknown for the entire world; those forces strenghtened, ending the life of the summoners who brought them from the dimension they came from. Others say the woods were born after the death of an ancient civilization, and that some remain... The trees present abnormal yet disturbing faces on the bark. Looking at everything it moves, ready for an opportunity to have the chance to obtain fresh meat for themselves. However, not only are the trees omnious. But what lies inside is mysterious...a whisper. A whisper that bites.

The Misty Bog: Backwater, dead trees absorbing the rotten water and land, purple mists covering the ground making it nearly impossible to see where one is going; the Misty Bog is a place forgotten by many. Very few records of it actually exist. As such, the Bog remains in silence, a would-be perfect place for those who seek a place of quiet, if not for the dangers. The lurking hydra-head snakes await at the border of the ponds leaving their tails slightly out as a way to detect possible food to plunge their acid-fangs in. Giant spiders capable of eating big houses in less of two bites wander inside the putrid trees ,making tunnels within to travel across the bog. There are legends about Tar-like monsters living within: Creatures that need souls of the naive travellers who venture inside and end to get lost

Ice-Tundra Peaks: Once a place where heat warmed the earth for the natural production of life nearby, the peaks got a visit from Auroth years ago when she was travelling across the world, extending the range of ice to their max levels. The chilling aura of the wyvern altered the biome, and life around it was changed by solitude and death. The cold is excruciating, and not even  the thickest fur cloth can withstand the cold from the top of the peaks where the wyvern lives nowadays. Around the basis of the peaks, small companies of yetis make their home; and look to Auroth as a kind of divine deity to protect with their lives.

Orche Cliffs: Once a mining facility used to find precious stones and metals,a earthquake caused a massive lava flow, forcing it to be abandoned. It's now a scorched land, with trenches with lava rivers, and a gathering place for Wyverns.

Treepidation: A vast jungle, full of both herbivores and predators of great power. The various trees and underbrush makes travel difficult for most, and various ravines and mires only add to the danger. But the worse of the dangers are the Kremling Krew, a militaristic army of crocodiles, owls, Zingers, and other who have decided to join. Yet the army only patrols the jungle at night, for that is when the mighty beast, Wormonger, sleeps.

Fool's Dune: A large desert surrounding Shirumia, it is named for the various mirages that travels on foot encounter. They range from things or people the sufferer loves, hates, or wants to know. Prolonged exposure can lead to insanity...upon which the wild animals seize their chance.

Underground Lake: A tunnel not far from the settlement of Floria, it, as the name suggests, has small lake, which has a natural light to it. A few creatures live here, all harmless, and with the help of a torch, travelers can use this as a shortcut to a neighboring settlement, Rancor.

Cascade Hideout: A network of tunnels in the Tirisfal Glades. These tunnels belonged to the original inhabitants of the Glades, and not even the Forsaken know about them. They are shrouded in mystery.
